Mägenwil is a railway station in the municipality of Mägenwil in the Swiss canton of Aargau. The station is located on the Heitersberg line.[3][4] The station was rebuilt in 2019–2023 to permit the construction of a new connecting track between the Heitersberg line and the Brugg–Hendschiken railway line.[5]

As of the December 2023 timetable change,[update] the following services stop at Mägenwil:[6]
- Zürich S-Bahn S11: half-hourly service between Aarau and Winterthur; hourly service to Seuzach or Sennhof-Kyburg; rush-hour service to Wila.
