Career

After beginning his career as a fitness coach, Arce was named manager of José Gálvez in March 2012, in the place of Wilmar Valencia.[1] He then coached Defensor San Alejandro (two times), Unión Comercio (two times),[2] UTC,[3] Sport Loreto,[4] Unión Huaral,[5] Deportivo Garcilaso, Comerciantes Unidos, Binacional (two times),[6][7][8][9] Cusco,[10][11] Atlético Grau[12] and Sport Huancayo.[13] With Binacional he won the 2019 Apertura title.
