Gilles Jobidon (born November 8, 1950) is a Canadian writer from Quebec.[1] He is most noted for his novel Le Tranquille affligé, which was the winner of the Prix des cinq continents de la francophonie in 2019.[2]

His debut novel La route des petits matins, published in 2003, was the winner of the Prix Anne-Hébert,[3] the Prix Robert-Cliche,[4] and the Prix Ringuet.
