Fiji competed at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England between 28 July and 8 August 2022.^[1] It was Fiji's seventeenth appearance at the Games.

Semesa Naiseruvati and Naibili Vatunisolo were the country's flagbearers during the opening ceremony.^[2]^[3]

Rugby sevens

As of 9 March 2022, Fiji qualified for both the men's and women's tournaments.^[11] The men achieved qualification through their positions in the 2018–19 / 2019–20 World Rugby Sevens Series, whereas the women achieved qualification via the 2019 Oceania Women's Sevens Championship (owing to the cancellation of an Oceania qualifier that was scheduled for April 2022).^[12]^[13]

Both squads were confirmed on 6 July 2022, including several members of the squad that won the Tokyo 2020 men's tournament.^[14]^[15]^[16]
