- You can't and you don't have to - category pages are populated automagically by the MediaWiki software.
- To get an article listed in a specific category, you simply have to insert a link to the category page (like [[Category:Latin_mottos]]) anywhere (but preferably at the end or beginning) into that article; any such link (to a page within the Category-namespace) is handled specially by the software resulting in:
- a link to the category page to be displayed (together with any other category links) in the article's footer
- the article to automatically be listed on the category page
