All TV (stylized as ALLTV) is a Philippine free-to-air broadcast television network serving as the flagship property of Advanced Media Broadcasting System (AMBS) in partnership with ABS-CBN Corporation as its main content provider through a blocktime agreement. Its broadcast facilities and studios located at Starmall EDSA-Shaw at EDSA corner Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong and Starmall Las Piñas IT Hub along Alabang–Zapote Road corner CV Starr Avenue, Las Piñas; its transmitter is located at the Millennium Transmitter site (owned by ABS-CBN), Sgt. Esguerra Ave, Diliman, Quezon City.[1]

All TV's flagship television station is DZMV-TV, which carries the VHF Channel 2 (analog broadcast) and UHF Channel 16 (digital broadcast). In addition to DZMV-TV, All TV operates 8 analog television stations and 10 digital television stations nationwide; all of which, alongside Channel 2 Manila, was previously used by ABS-CBN until its broadcast franchise lapsed in 2020.[2] It operates Sundays to Fridays from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm PHT, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 11:30 pm PHT.
History
In 2019, Advanced Media Broadcasting System (AMBS) was granted a 25-year legislative franchise extension under Republic Act No. 11253 albeit without President Rodrigo Duterte's signature as the bill lapsed into law after 30 days of inaction.[3][4] The Vera family and AMBS president Andrew Santiago sold AMBS to Planet Cable of real estate magnate and businessman-politician Manny Villar.[5][6]
On January 5, 2022, the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), headed by Gamaliel Cordoba, awarded the frequencies of VHF analog channel 2 and digital channel 16 to AMBS. Furthermore, the channel 2 allocation was given a provisional authority to operate for 18 months until the analog shut-off of the country scheduled in 2023.[7] These channels were previously used by ABS-CBN under the callsign DWWX-TV. The network was shut down due to a cease and desist order from the NTC on May 5, 2020, and the Congress rejected the renewal of its broadcast franchise on July 10, 2020.[8][9]

In June 2022, AMBS Manila began its test broadcast.[10] On September 1, 2022, TV host Willie Revillame announced that the TV station of AMBS will be named All TV. Initially slated for October 1,[11] the station made its soft launch on September 13, 2022, at 12 noon, with plans of expanding it nationwide at the soonest possible time, as announced by Revillame.
During his contract signing with AMBS on July 15, 2022, Willie Revillame announced that his variety show Wowowin would air on All TV after its final broadcast on GMA Network on February 11, 2022.[12] Weeks after, other celebrities who signed their contracts with AMBS include actress and TV host Toni Gonzaga and her husband and director Paul Soriano, DZRH broadcaster and former ABS-CBN News anchor Anthony Taberna, singer and actress Ciara Sotto, and TV host Mariel Rodriguez.[13][14][15] An exclusive interview of Toni Gonzaga with President Bongbong Marcos inside the Malacañang Palace was aired on All TV, the same day the network was soft-launched.[16][17]
AMBS also signed their partnership with CNN Philippines for the simultaneous airing of Filipino newscast News Night, which lasted until April 5, 2023.[18] River Where the Moon Rises, Again My Life and From Now On, Showtime! were the first three Korean dramas that aired on All TV.[19][20][21]
On April 15, 2024, All TV began its simulcast of selected Jeepney TV programs, as well as TV Patrol and later It's Showtime and Goin' Bulilit, making the return of some ABS-CBN programs to channels 2 and 16, which were previously held by ABS-CBN, under content agreements signed between AMBS and ABS-CBN Corporation on April 23, 2024. The official Jeepney TV program block on All TV launched on May 13. Meanwhile, It's Showtime began simulcasting on All TV on June 17.[22][23]
Programming
Since February 6, 2023, some of the original programs of All TV have been put on hiatus or cancelled due to unknown reasons.[24][25][26]
Availability
ALLTV is seen via AMBS' flagship station DZMV-TV Channel 2 and digital terrestrial UHF channel 16 in Mega Manila and 13 analog and digital regional stations nationwide, the main channel-said was also continuing their expansion of analog and digital terrestrial television in other key provinces soon as possible.
