Changes
- Cruz Azul was promoted to Primera División.[1][2]
- Refinería Madero was renamed as Ciudad Madero.[1]
- Puebla joined the league.[1]
- Salamanca returned to the league after three seasons on hiatus.[1]
- The Chapingo Autonomous University became co-owner of the C.D. Texcoco, for which the team was renamed as Chapingo Texcoco.[1]
