Biografía

Nacíu en San Antonio, Texas, criar en Lampasas, Texas, onde los sos padres, Charles y Betty Bracken, dirixíen una tienda de comestibles.[1][2] Según la biografía del so estudiu cinematográficu, Bracken formar na Universidá de Yale, trabayó na banca y sirvió mientres un añu y mediu nel 15º Reximientu de Caballería de los Estaos Xuníos.[3]

El so últimu filme, The Face on the Barroom Floor, que dirixó y, en parte, escribió, estrenar en 1932.[5][6] La muyer de Bracken, l'actriz Margaret Landis, fixo papeles protagonistes y de repartu en delles películes empobinaes por él, anque dambos divorciáronse a principios de los años 1920. Nos sos últimos años Bracken escribió noveles de misteriu y guiones de programes radiofónicos.[7]

Bertram Bracken finó en Cathedral City, California, en 1952.[8] y foi soterráu nel Campusantu Welwood Murray, en Palm Springs, California.[9]
